01 — Terms of Service
Brewer Strategies LLC ("Brewer," "we," "us") provides private credit-strategy advisory and travel-redemption execution. By using this website, purchasing a subscription, or accepting an engagement, you agree to these terms.
What we are — and what we are not
We are a private, fee-only advisory practice. We are not a registered investment advisor, a tax preparer, an attorney, or a credit-card issuer or representative thereof. We earn no compensation from card networks, banks, airlines, hotels, or any third-party affiliates. Our entire revenue comes from client fees.
Engagements
All engagements are annual unless explicitly stated otherwise. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each annual term unless canceled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to max@brewerstrategies.com.
Refunds
- Bronze ($250): Full refund within 7 days of purchase, prior to delivery of your audit report.
- Platinum ($450) & Diamond ($800): Pro-rata refund within 14 days based on services already rendered. No refund after the first audit is delivered.
- Hero (Custom): Refund terms are defined in your signed engagement letter.
No guarantees
Any reward values, redemption rates, or annualized lifts presented on this site or during an engagement are estimates based on published issuer terms and historical client data. Issuer rules change. Award availability fluctuates. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any specific result. Past performance does not predict future results.
Eligibility
Brewer engagements assume a minimum 720 FICO credit score and at least $5,000–$10,000 in trackable monthly spend. If your situation falls outside this profile, we will tell you up front and direct you to free educational resources rather than accept the engagement.
Intellectual property
All written reports, recommendations, models, and methodologies delivered to a client remain the intellectual property of Brewer Strategies. Clients may use these materials for their personal financial planning. Redistribution, resale, or public publication is prohibited.
02 — Privacy Policy
Brewer Strategies takes client privacy as seriously as the financial firms our clients hire us alongside. This section explains exactly what we collect, how we store it, and what we do not do.
What we collect
- Inquiry forms: Name and email when you submit a contact form, audit-tool input, or schedule a call.
- Audit inputs: Annual spend by category and travel preferences. We do not collect Social Security numbers, account numbers, or login credentials through any web form.
- Operational records (engaged clients): When you become a client, we maintain internal CRM records covering audit outcomes, communications history, pipeline status, and renewal dates. These records are private to the practice and are never shared.
- Statement files (engaged clients only): Card statements shared via our secure intake portal. PII (account numbers, addresses) is redacted by you before upload.
- Payment data: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or expiration date.
- Usage data: Standard server logs (IP address, browser, page views). No third-party advertising trackers, no Facebook Pixel, no session replay. Admin session logs (email + timestamp for sign-ins to our internal CRM) are retained for 90 days for security review.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties.
- We do not use your data to train AI models.
- We do not run retargeting ads.
- We do not embed third-party analytics beyond aggregate page-view counts.
How we store it
All client documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). Login portal credentials are hashed with bcrypt. We use two-factor authentication on every internal admin account that can access client files.
Retention
Active client files are retained for the life of the engagement plus seven years (consistent with IRS recommendations for tax-adjacent documentation). Inquiry-form emails that do not convert to clients are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
You may request a full export of your data, or a complete deletion, by emailing max@brewerstrategies.com. We respond to all such requests within 14 days. Residents of California, EU/EEA, and the UK have additional rights under CCPA, GDPR, and UK-GDPR respectively, which we honor.
03 — Data handling
Statements & PII
When you share credit-card statements with us during an engagement, we ask you to redact (a) full account numbers, (b) addresses, and (c) any non-essential PII before upload. We only need to see categorized spend totals and merchant names — never the full account profile.
Transmission
All inbound document uploads use TLS 1.3. We do not accept statements via plain email. The intake portal (when active) requires authenticated access and one-time link expiration.

- Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1)
- Calendly — appointment scheduling
- Cloudflare Pages + Workers — hosting, WAF, DDoS protection, server-side application code
- Cloudflare D1 — encrypted database storage for internal client records
- Postmark — transactional email delivery (DMARC, SPF, DKIM)
No other third parties have access to client data.

Not tax, legal, or investment advice. Content on this website and in any Brewer-delivered report is informational. We are not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any state securities regulator. We are not a CPA firm. Always consult your own licensed advisor before acting.
No affiliate compensation. Brewer Strategies does not accept commissions, kickbacks, referral fees, or any other compensation from card issuers, banks, airlines, hotels, or any third party connected to a client recommendation.
Numbers shown. Reward-value averages cited on this site (e.g. "year-one client lift averages $18,420") reflect anonymized data from active clients audited over the prior 12 months. Individual results vary. Numbers are post-fee, post-credit, audited annually.
